alice in wonderland

ok, here it is, finally finished.  since i was transferring the drawing with graphite paper, moving her head was kind of disastrous, so i didn't.  instead i lifted the ceiling.  i suppose that's one way of interpreting "give her head a little more room."  but anyway, everything else (except the color) is pretty much the same, and also i changed the hand that's on the carpet a little.  daniel just said to bring it up to the level of the other one.  and he also suggested i add the white rabbit only if i want to, but he might have seemed like an afterthought, so i just added his white gloves instead.
love, y.

  1. This turned out so beautiful! Every part is lovely. It is nice that you didn't stray from the sketch too much.

  2. those colors made a big difference and I'm impressed you managed to keep the details on the dress and tights without letting it overwhelm the composition.
and you know what? no matter how slight the raise in the ceiling was, her head doesn't bother me now ....
the chandelier and fan are still my favorite parts. beautifully done.
